The Embodiment Manifesto is a 90 day coaching program designed to help you build and boost your self-confidence and self-worth. This structured program will guide you through a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and the development of essential skills and mindsets to enhance your self-esteem. The program combines coaching sessions, practical exercises, and self-reflection to ensure lasting transformation.
The program provides 12 coaching sessions, each sessions are 60 minutes long and designed to help you navigate challenges and difficulties as you implement and integrate the lessons and principles provided by the program. You will learn the 12 Principles to help you build unshakeable confidence and a solid sense of self-worth, exercises, and activities to help you embody these principles with support, stretch, and accountability to ensure you are on the right track and achieve success.

The program has 6 pillars: Setting the Foundation, Building Self-Awareness, Cultivating Inner Strength and Resilience, Developing Confidence, Facilitating Interpersonal Relationships, and Understanding Self-Worth.
In Setting the Foundation: You will learn the Principle of Integrity and the Principle of Personal Values, you will learn the importance of keeping your integrity, having a personal value, and standing up for it.
In Building Self Awareness: You will learn the Principle of Emotional Intelligence and Communications, you will learn the basics of emotional intelligence to help you navigate the emotions of this human experience, and learn the tools and strategies to become a better communicator.
In Cultivating Inner Strength and Resilience: You will learn the Principles of Inner Strength and Resilience, we’ll go over different exercises and practices to help you build the muscle of resilience and face life’s adversity with a warrior’s spirit.
In Developing Confidence: You will learn the Principles of Confidence and Facing your fear, you’ll learn what makes someone confident and we’ll create strategies to face and conquer your fears.
In Facilitating Interpersonal Relationships: You will learn the Principles of a Healthy Relationship and Social Skills, we’ll go over what a healthy relationship looks like and you will gain access to tools that will help you develop social skills and create meaningful relationships that last a lifetime.
In Understanding Self Worth: You will learn the Principles of Self-Worth and Principles of Taking Action, we’ll go over what self-worth is, how to cultivate it, and the power of taking action.
Implementation Guide:
The program will only work if you put in the work. It’s the map and I’m your guide, but I cannot take the steps for you. To succeed in this program you must be fully committed from start to finish, show up in each of our sessions regardless of how you’re feeling, put in the work, and Take Action.
